Do you offer below market value?

Yes, sometimes. Sometimes we offer full market value, and sometimes we offer over market value. It all depends on the individual property, it’s condition, and potential, combined with the seller’s circumstances and desired outcome.

Can you give an offer price right now?

Technically yes, but we wont. Instant offer prices are based on desktop comparable prices, which ultimately get knocked down as the process continues. We don’t agree with doing business that way. Only after we’ve listened to your situation, assessed the property, and worked out where we can add value to meet the needs of our end users can we even begin to calculate an appropriate purchase price and strategy which works for everyone.

Which parts of the country do you operate in?

Thanks to our extensive network of tradespeople and professionals, we are able to cover the whole of the UK.

Who are your end customers?

We cater to four core markets.

  1. Professional tenants – generally recent graduates who are just starting out on their careers and appreciate quality accommodation at affordable rates which will also enable them to save for deposits towards their own private homes.
  2. Young starters – Couples and young families aiming to exit the rental market and subsequently own the place they call home.
  3. Social housing – Individuals and families who have had life thrown at them. They deserve a quality level of accommodation as much as anyone else, but at a rate affordable to allow them to move forwards to the point of having their own place to call home.
  4. Serviced Accommodation – Short-term lets for business or leisure. It is our personal belief that traditional residential properties should not be taken out of the market and turned into short-term accommodation. Therefore our Serviced Accommodation units tend to be in commercial properties.

Are you running a charity or a business?

Our operation is very much a business. We have costs and investors to pay, so we have to turn a profit. That said, we have a strong ethical and charitable side. We firmly believe in our position to help people, therefore we don’t make as much profit as we might (if it was all about the money). We also work closely with several charities and social enterprises, (which is humbling), so it could be said we have a charitable arm to the business.

How can I buy or rent one of your properties?

We are currently running at an eight month waiting list for our properties up and down the UK. If you would like to know more about the quality or locations of our properties and potentially be added to the waiting list, feel free to drop us an email and we’ll be in touch to get the ball rolling.
